Yoni Steam 
Place 1/2 cup of herbs in small stainless steel or ceramic sauce pot.  Fill with spring or purified water leaving an inch of space at top.  Cover.  On medium heat, bring to a soft boil and simmer for 10mins.  Remove from heat.  Bring pot to stool or steaming area.  Remove lid.  Wait a few minutes until a comfortable temperature is reached.  Steam for 10-20mins and honor the beautiful goddess you are.
 
Sitz Bath
Place 3 cups of herbs in large stainless steel or ceramic pot.  Fill with spring or purified water leaving an inch of space at top.  Cover.  On medium heat, bring to a sof boil and simmer for 20mins.  Turn off heat and let cool wtih lid on.  Use a sieve to strain herbs and pour liquid into a large bowl or directly into bath tub.  Fill tub with water until hips are submerged.  Soak and love yourself deeply.
 
Peri Bottle    
Use steps above.  Fill peri bottles.  Instead of wiping after using the restroom, use peri bottle liquid to rinse.  Extra bottles can be stored in refrigerator until needed.  You are magnificent.
